Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🇵🇰 Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
(Currently, we do not offer international shipping.)

Estimated Delivery Time

• Karachi City: 1-2  Working days

• Other Cities / Areas : 4–7 Working days
  Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.1999

• A standard fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 1999.

Payment Methods

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options for your convenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status in real time.

Courier Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including TCS, M&P, Call Courier, and Leopards Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

In rare cases of delay or lost parcels, please contact us immediately.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
If your parcel is damaged or missing items, please report it within 24 hours of receiving it.

Check Before Payment

Customers are allowed to check their parcel before making payment to ensure satisfaction and transparency.
